The purpose of color management is to achieve what you see is what you get. To truly realize the color management in the printing process, you can pay attention to the following four aspects:
The first is calibration. In order to make the equipment in a normal working state and within the normal fluctuation range, calibration is first required, that is, a regular approval system is established;
The second is characterization, which is to print a standard plate that meets the printing standards. The printing of this standard plate is not printed by the printing factory, but must be printed under the guidance of experts. When printing the standard plate, the left and right density and upper and lower density should be consistent. Therefore, the standard plate is used for printing for the first time. After printing, check the problems of the printed products, and make compensation. Repeat printing and repeat compensation. A very important point is that testing must be done. After the standard plate is printed, the characterization can be introduced to generate ICC files, namely color management files. In addition, industry experts can also make some adjustments to the standard version to make it more in line with the standard. Because computers only recognize data, the measurement of instruments is particularly important. Therefore, if the final standard version is normal, the data is correct;
The third is transformation. The target focus of printed matter has a certain tendency. Some are seen by the human eye, which needs to meet a transformation mode of the human eye. Some places need to make relative effects, such as doing well where the human eye pays attention, and doing less where the human eye does not pay attention; Some visual effects must be absolute, such as maps. Green represents forest, and another green represents other landforms, which requires absolute effects. In addition, there is saturation. For example, if you want to print a logo on the package, you must choose the right saturation.
The fourth is inspection, which must be inspected and optimized. Problems found need to be found in time.
